which website platform do you use?

I design websites on Showit, which is a user friendly, drag and drop website builder. What I love about Showit is the design flexibility and they make it easy to add integrations for email marketing and various CRM tools. They also have a simple SEO process to help boost your site traffic!

how soon should i book my design day?

We typically recommend booking your design day at least 2 weeks out so you have enough time to get all your website copy, photos, freebies, etc ready. This will help ensure we hit the ground running on your design day.
Make sure to check in with us if you have a tight deadline. We will do what we can to get you squeezed in!

are there additional costs?

Yes, you’ll need a domain and hosting. Domains typically cost around $12–15 per year. Your website will also need to be hosted through Showit, which offers flexible plans starting at $19/month. If you plan to include a blog, the blog subscription is $24/month. You'll receive a promo code which gives you the first month free!

In addition, some premium fonts may require a separate license, which isn’t included in our service packages. If you prefer to stick with free fonts, we’re happy to curate beautiful options that align with your brand.

do you offer copywriting services?

I don’t offer done-for-you copywriting, but I’ve got you covered with a comprehensive copywriting guide to help you write clear, strategic content that fits your brand and converts. It walks you through exactly what to write, where to put it, and how to say it with confidence. No guesswork needed.

do you design product based websites?

Showit works great for service providers and creators who are selling a small number of products, typically under 10. We can integrate simple buy buttons or third-party checkout platforms to feature things like digital downloads, merch, or one-off offers.

However, if you’re planning to run a full online store or need advanced e-commerce features, Showit may not be the best fit. At this time, I don’t offer Shopify builds, but I’m happy to help you decide if Showit is right for your product-based business.

do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Most of our clients choose our standard payment plan of two monthly payments. If you need something a little different, just let us know. We’re happy to adjust the schedule when possible to make things work for you.

do i need to be available during my design day?

Yes, but you won't need to be in front of your computer the whole time. I’ll be doing the heavy lifting, but it’s important that you’re available to check in throughout the day so we can keep things moving smoothly. We’ll communicate through Voxer (a free walkie-talkie-style app), so you can reply quickly when I send over updates or need your feedback. No need to be glued to your phone, just be sure to check in so we can stay on track and wrap everything up beautifully by the end of the day.
